Sean & Kaylee crushed our demolition job. We were not expecting blown insulation in the attic, to our surprise there was. Before demolition started, Sean informed us at time of quoting the job it would be a lot less expensive if there wasn’t any. Once he found the massive amount of blown insulation, he sent me pictures providing us with two options (keep at current lower price, don’t mess with blown insulation OR move forward with higher cost of project). I really appreciated Sean’s feedback through the process and what could be done based upon his experience. Sean was great communicating any delays and any questions he needed answers too. Kaylee was an absolute doll who adored our puppy that visited the demolition site. We would totally hire this duo again! Nice work team.
