- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wiling to work with you and somewhat negotiable. We also sell sheds, gazebos and other outdoor products and offer discounts and prioritized assembly schedule for our customers that purchase and install with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for the following: Gazebo they have( picture is best) City they are in Whether they have concrete pad or wood deck( helps us know how to anchor it)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the last 4 months alone we have built probably 90-100 gazebos, so we have a good handle on what we are doing. Experienced is always better.
