- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most companies are scared to be honest but in reality their is almost always a way to specify pricing to be a perfect match for a customer. So it's Important to understand the value you are being offered especially when comparing prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make getting started simple and direct with focusing on your exact needs. Small repairs are handled usually within same day, no more than 1 week. 24hr emergency services are available when it's critical to saftey or damage of your home. For bigger project Contact us schedule an appointment usually within 24 to 48 hrs we will be able to meet and discuss your project. If an estimate can be given conclusively at that time we will. For large projects that require plans drawings or your decision making we can set up structured arrangements with in your budget and still get your project moving quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers are trained to saftey standards, and are certified in installation by our preferred manufacturers. Installers like the product you will love it.
