FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the depth, discretion, and intentionality of the work. I do not offer one-off sessions or transactional coaching. Engagements are structured, commitment-based partnerships designed to create meaningful clarity, alignment, and forward movement. Fees are discussed after an initial conversation to ensure fit, scope, and expectations are clear on both sides. This work is best suited for individuals and organizations who value quality, focus, and long-term impact over quick fixes or surface-level support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a private, focused conversation. This initial session is not a sales call—it is a real coaching experience designed to surface what is actually happening beneath the surface, identify internal friction, and clarify what matters most right now. If there is strong alignment and a clear path forward, we then outline a structured coaching partnership tailored to the individual or organization. If not, the client still leaves with clarity and direction they did not have before. Every engagement is intentional, confidential, and built around depth rather than volume.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a rare blend of real-world leadership experience, professional training expertise, and faith-anchored formation. My background includes law enforcement and frontline leadership, over a decade of service within churches and ministry environments, and senior operational leadership as a Production Manager for a company serving clients internationally. In these roles, I was responsible for people, performance, systems, and outcomes under real-world pressure. I have spent years designing and delivering training for high-responsibility environments. That work revealed a consistent gap: training alone does not resolve the internal strain, identity tension, and decision fatigue leaders carry. That insight is what led me into coaching and reshaping how development is approached. My coaching is built on proven leadership experience, structured training methodologies, and proprietary frameworks that integrate identity, clarity, and disciplined action. This allows me to work effectively with executives, pastors, security professionals, and emerging leaders who require depth, composure, and alignment—not generic advice or motivation.
