When I started my company in 1996, there was only 4 other companies doing remediation on the intimate level. There were the big companies that were very expensive and not very personable. I changed all that. I consider every aspect of my clients needs and work for their goals. We pay forward as much as possible and keep pricing realistic.
Being able to meet people who are having some issues that truly need my help and being able to provide them an answer/solution economically. I will do anything to help my clients, especially if they are elderly or have small children. Its important to be able to trust and count on your contractor. I follow behind so many that can't seem to provide real customer service... its essential !!

My clients and I couldn’t be happier! Gregory arrived on time, was very informative and my client immediately felt comfortable with having him in the home, which can be hard with strangers nowadays. He was down to earth and spoke “with”us not “at” us so we could understand what he was telling us and showing us. He called it right from the start that they really didn’t show a need for additional testing after the initial results but it was important for my clients to see it on paper so we went ahead with it. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job varies. For attics, we go by the amount of decking that's impacted. Each job has different challenges. If it's asbestos, it depends on the quantity and if it's frayed or not. Sometimes we only do testing of the mold, asbestos or radon.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out if they are buying or selling a property. Find out logistics about the issue and then find out the soonest available time for us to get into the property to assess the situation. We offer a complimentary Bio-screening of the property and then will provide a detailed proposal for the clean-up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified out of 12 States around the country. I have spent many, many, many hours both in class and teaching. I had my own call-in radio show out of Detroit for 6 years called "Ask the Inspector". I take incredible pride in maintaining my education. I will never stop learning. That is no small task.
