180 Contractors reroofed my house and replaced the siding on my garden shed. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job with both and cleaned up when done. But what really got them 5 stars was the communication. I got frequent status reports by text and email. I always had to contact the last contractor I had to find out when he was going to start - and finish - the job. Not so with 180 Contractors. I really appreciate that.

Finding the right contractor is like finding the right partner. This process of finding someone who met all of my needs was a thorough one. They gathered the facts, developed an approach as a group relying on years of experience, and provided a solution to stop leaking down my chimney, which could have ended up as a catastrophe. They are a group of people who brainstormed, did exploratory evaluation, and provided a cost effective repair that left me utterly speechless with an affordable price and a strong impression of a construction company who sets the bar extremely highly. I am a forever customer if I ever need a contractor who is experienced, fair, committed to customer service and results. My home being the age where maintenance will need to be done has found the right fit for future projects. Having been part of the insurance industry and knowing construction, cost, expectations, and the benefit of trust. I feel like my recommendation is backed with years of estimating and evaluating everything from extremely large commercial properties, very high end mansions, and everyday homes working with structural engineers, architects, city inspectors, and home owners, business owners, property managers, attorneys, and HOA boards. Some of the properties I handled had complex reinsurance requirements due to the exposure to the insurers. My job was quite small, but as every homeowner very personal to me. 180 Contractors exceeded my expectations at every turn, receiving my highest endorsement. Especially as a disabled person who can't climb roofs. I know my recommendation will never quite capture all of my feelings, but I will be happy to be a reference to anyone hesitant at hiring a great contractor with a great balance of qualities. They kept us aware of any weather that may affect the job, and went above and beyond working as a team with the separate siding installers we chose. They did multiple cleanup sweeps and checks of final work. Very pleased!
