Introduction: I am a Waterford based elementary educator and tutor. I tutor students over the summer in grades kindergarten through 8th grade in mathematics, reading, writing, and study skills.
I am a focused individual who encourages students to gain the confidence necessary to become successful in school.

My son who is 12, has been tutoring with Kris Gibson for 3 years now in math. Kris is a very dedicated individual who really loves working with kids. My son says he is his favorite "teacher" and looks forward to tutoring Tuesdays with Mr. Gibson. My son's grades in Math have consistently been A's and B's since he started working with Kris. I highly recommend Mr. Gibson as a tutor!!

Kris is a wonderful bridge between the class-room and homework. Kris has been able to provide 1-on-1 coaching / development of study strategies that we see are effective. Kris appears to be very well connected with the school's methods and extends what is being explained in class in greater depth.

Kris has done an outstanding job with both of my children. We started working with him in 2010 and continue working with him. Both of my children have improved immensely. We couldn't ask for a better person to tutor our children!
