Very responsive and professional. I had an issue with the lock on my LG washing machine door, and DTE initially told me I would need a full door replacement. He was able to come out, assess the problem, and repair the lock instead, saving me from an unnecessary replacement. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. He was professional throughout and clearly knew what he was doing. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him.
