- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated. How ever exact pricing over the phone is almost impossible. Machines need to be looked at and fully inspected. Each call is unique and may require more then the obvious.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure provider is qualified. Unfortunately there aren't any state licenses required for appliance repair. Experince is a must.
