- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge delivery/set-up fees for balloon columns, balloon arches, and throne chairs. Certain items require that we hold a deposit until the product is returned and deemed undamaged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One free consultation via phone or email. A deposit is required before any events are booked.
