He was able to diagnose the issues and communicate his findings through the process, leaving no surprises in needed actions, parts or billing. He displays integrity and it is apparent that he genuinely loves and takes pride in his work. He has successfully diagnosed, repaired and upgraded my 2 MacBook Pros to a like new performance that was very cost effective. John made himself readily available for drop off and pick up of equipment and it’s like I have 2 new MBP’s. Based on my experiences with John, I would definitely go back to him again and recommend him to diagnose, repair and/or upgrade your equipment. Thanks John!
