Normally I do not right reviews but his work was excellent. Nawras was on time, very professional. Could not have dealt with a better person. Job well done!

It was a great experience, he kept me up dated on the process and ordered 2 different ones just so he could get it done asap. I really appreciated it because due to the times ( corona virus ) my son was behind on his school work. And he got me all set in just a week. The same day the other screen was delivered, awesome work. And Ordering parts before I even dropped off labtop. He is excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

I believe Nawras did everything he could to help me. He was very responsive to my communications.

My router died and I couldn't use my computer, my tablet and my phone could only work by sucking up data. I contacted PC eRescue and we set up a time that day! He was very thorough and checked everything several times and found the problem. Yep, it was the router. He fixed the problem and I was able to use my devices again. What I liked is that he included me in his repair, asking me what I wished to do. He explained everything easily so I could understand and then was very efficient in fixing the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to us PC eRescue again, nor would I hesitate to recommend them.

Nawras was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional, and he did excellent work. I am quite happy that my computer works very well now.
