I had some emergency brick repair that I needed to be done ASAP, and they were able to get it finished within a few hours of my first message to them. The new mortar looks good, the wall feels solid, and because they were so quick, the other work that I was having done can proceed without the big delay I was afraid of when we found the damage. Both of the gentlemen that I interacted with were polite, courteous, and professional, and the price was very, very reasonable. Overall, I could not be happier with the work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very fair, and I am always will to work with people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out assess scope of work, then send customer a quote. If they decide to move forward, I get them locked in to schedule. I draw up contract with scope of work, we sign contract, and work begins. I do require a deposit apon signing of contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In school For construction management at Eastern Michigan University, OHSA-30 cert, in process of obtaining builder license
