Chad does great work. The tuck pointing looks fantastic. Great communication for getting what are hard to find bricks for a 100 year old house. The weather did not cooperate but he was great at working to get it done in a reasonable amount of time.

Really happy with the work they did in my basement. The concrete came out great, were easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up afterward. I’d definitely recommend if you need any concrete work done.

I hired him to fix some concrete and bricks. Came out the next day to give me an estimate. Came the following week and did the work. Very professional. We walked the house and garage. Great to work with!
The first thing that struck me about Chad was his professionalism. He took his time in in his explanation of what needed to be done.
The quality of Chad's work was excellent. His pricing was very fair.
I would reccomend Chad to family and friends if they needed cement work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very fair, and I am always will to work with people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out assess scope of work, then send customer a quote. If they decide to move forward, I get them locked in to schedule. I draw up contract with scope of work, we sign contract, and work begins. I do require a deposit apon signing of contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In school For construction management at Eastern Michigan University, OHSA-30 cert, in process of obtaining builder license
