The owner (Ardi) responded with a timely and reasonable quote for the scope of work required. They were extremely punctual and pleasant to work with. I was informed, almost to the minute, when they would arrive each morning to begin work. The work was performed over consecutive days until the job was complete, unlike some contractors that bounce around from job to job. As work progressed and things uncovered, Ardi offered suggestions for our consideration, but there was no pressure or upselling. In the end, they performed some additional repairs that were needed, without asking for more money. We were made to feel like valued customers, which in our opinion, is increasingly rare these days. We were so pleased with our experience, that we already have Ardi providing us quotes for additional projects in the spring.

We needed new drywall after a foundation repair. I had to reschedule last minute because the rain caused an issue with the foundation repair. He was extremely accommodating and although he already purchased supplies and was on his way he fully understood and agreed to reschedule for a later date
