Our pricing is always upfront and transparent.
We have package options starting at $199 for basic services, with whole-house deep cleaning packages available.
Discounts are often available for first-time customers, Yelp/Thumbtack users, and bundled services (air duct + dryer vent + chimney).
Our technicians may recommend additional services on site.
We never surprise customers with hidden fees, and everything is approved before we start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation over the phone or online.
Once we schedule, our technician arrives on time, inspects your system, explains the options, and provides clear pricing before starting. We then perform the cleaning using high-powered equipment, provide photo/video proof of the work, and finish with a satisfaction walkthrough so you know exactly what was done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and certified in-house through AM Pure’s technician training program. We also carry CSIA (chimney sweeping) certifications.
We have years of hands-on experience managing technicians, equipment, and customer projects, ensuring every job meets strict safety and quality standards.
