I have been training with David for a while now and i can say for certain that he is a great trainer. David is very knowledgeable on all the equipment and many exercises, as well as how to use proper form. I definitely would recommend David.

First, I'd like to say that he has been great. He listened to all my concerns and came up with a plan to get me where I need to be. He answers all of my questions and makes me feel comfortable with not knowing certain things and being out of shape. He's teaching me how to properly use the equipment in the gym and motivating me to eat right. The best thing of all is that he seems as if he has taken my problem and made it his own. You can't ask for anything better than that. He's professional, and knowledgeableI'm very pleased with the training sessions.

Dave has been great! I've recently completed my third session (via his promotional deal) and am planning to purchase another 12 sessions! He is very flexible with scheduling, and has a good mix of workouts that keep my motivated. I've also appreciated his help with the nutritional side of things! Overall very happy with my decision.
