I didn’t end up needing a garage repair after all, but I still want to credit Local Garage Door Co. for their honesty and kindness. I was totally clueless and it would’ve been easy to take advantage of that, but instead, the technician helped me troubleshoot everything over the phone—for free. That kind of integrity is rare. Mr. Henderson did a very good job. He contacted me in a timely fashion and came when he said he would. I felt like I wasn't be taken advantage of. My garage door works great, and I felt like it was a quality repair at a reasonable cost, and he brought the sweetest dog, Grace. All around a pleasant experience!
