- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a premium experience and compete on quality, not on cheap service and prices. Our pricing starts at $423 and is based on the size of the home and the services you choose. You can add services like sewer scopes, radon testing, and air quality testing. We explain all costs before you book, so there are no surprises. We also offer a 200% satisfaction guarantee, and you are welcome to pay at close.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make home inspections easy! First, we help you choose the right inspection package and find a time that works for you. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments, Monday through Saturday. During the inspection, we check the home's major systems and explain what we find in simple terms. Best of all, you get your full inspection report before we leave the home! That means you and your agent can take the next steps without waiting for answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings 20 years of home and construction experience to home inspections. Our lead inspector, James, is certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and holds a bachelors in Construction Project Management. We follow professional inspection standards and use our training to help buyers better understand their homes. We believe a great inspector should not only know what to look for, but also know how to explain it clearly.
