- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Information Our pricing is based on the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning service requested. First-time cleanings may require a Deep Cleaning before recurring services can begin. Same-day bookings are subject to a $19.99 expedited service fee. No-call, no-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Additional services such as inside appliances, heavy buildup, pet hair removal, or excessive clutter may require extra time and may result in an additional charge. We occasionally offer first-time customer flat rates and seasonal promotions. A final price may be confirmed once the condition and details of the home are assessed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a quick consultation to understand your needs, home size, and any specific areas of focus. I then provide a clear quote and confirm the service details. On the day of service, I arrive on time with my own professional supplies and complete a thorough cleaning based on the agreed scope. After the service, I do a final walkthrough (if available) to ensure everything meets your expectations and address any feedback. My goal is to provide reliable, high-quality service and build long-term relationships with my clients.

Education & Training I have professional hands-on experience in residential and commercial cleaning, with training in proper sanitation, disinfecting techniques, and safe use of professional cleaning products and equipment. I stay up to date on effective cleaning methods, surface care, and hygiene standards to ensure every space is cleaned safely and thoroughly. As the owner of Now That’s Clean, I focus on delivering detailed, high-quality results using proven cleaning systems designed to remove dirt, bacteria, and buildup from homes and workplaces. My experience includes standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and reliability are the foundation of my service. I take pride in creating clean, healthy environments where clients can feel comfortable and confident in the quality of the work being done.
