We are a member of the Association of
Residential Cleaning Services International and ISSA-The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association. Our housekeepers hold Professional House Cleaner Certifications through the ARCSI. We understand the science behind cleaning and know how to keep your home healthy, while safely cleaning all types of high-end surfaces. We do most of our cleaning with deionized water, along with a natural, environmental friendly non-acid bathroom cleaner and degreaser. Our staff is uniformed and bring all supplies and equipment needed, including Hepa vacuums. Customers will receive an invoice after each clean and can pay online with credit or debit, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal, or Google pay.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free quotes in your home or place of business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to set up a time to meet you and offer an in-home quote. I will provide quotes over the phone, but prefer to see the home first. I will then text or email the quote from my software. Once you approve the quote, we’ll set up a schedule that fits your needs. Two days before your scheduled clean, you will receive an automated reminder by text. After the clean is completed, you’ll receive an invoice by text, where you can pay with a credit card at the link provided, or pay with Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, or PayPal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company is a member of ISSA, an international cleaning association, and specifically ISSA Residential. Me and my cleaners have taken the Professional House Cleaner course and several of us have taken more advanced courses as well.
