What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an estimate where both decision makers can be present. On that day we provide you with a detailed estimate/ proposal that gives you a cost and breakdown of all the work you are asking us to do. After that we schedule a date of work where we ask for a 10% down payment upon execution of the contract, 40% the day we start, and 50% the day we complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in finishing and furniture design. I am lead abatement/removal certified. We are a licensed decorator, will complete my builders license within the year.
