We understand your frustration, but providing you a free estimate was not in the best interest of our company. As explained at the time, the discount was a limited promotional deal active during the period you initially reached out. However, by the time you reached out a month, that discount had ended. Despite efforts to explain why an estimate could not be offered over the phone - site unseen - you proceeded to send a barrage of photos. As explained, we have a policy where estimates do cost $50 which goes towards the final bill and your insistence was unprofessional. This was quite simply not a job we were prepared undertake based the established dialogue. We wish you the best.
