Very flexible and responsive. I was required to pay cash because they didn’t have the card reader with them, but I didn’t mind. They were knowledgeable about moving pianos and delivered within the time frame!

I changed my mind about having my piano moved at this time, however, I will definitely call ActiveDelivery X when I do decide to have it moved. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely professional, kind and prompt in responding to me. The quote for moving the piano was very reasonable. He was not upset with me for cancelling, and said they would do the job when I'm ready.

The two gentlemen were very professional, worked very quickly and carefully and did not complain about the job. My piano was extremely heavy. They were also willing to come a bit on the price which me to be able to tip the hardworking men!

that we have a base price and, depending on how far or complex an item might be, to move will determine pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we ask for a description or list of what they need moved, then ask for when and where it needs to go and let them know price and if they agree we will give them a date and method of how they can pay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have been trained in sales and have extensive self training in how to handle weight properly and safely to keep longevity in all our movers' bodies.
