- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My in person training does carry a premium price tag as my programming and results are proven to be effective. Not only do you get top tier personalized programming but you also are purchasing access to me. Regardless of how many times a week we workout together, you will have my direct line for questions support or guidance. Outside of the sessions, I provide nutrition, recovery, and supplemental workout support. Beyond that, pricing per session can lower your per session investment depending on frequency and quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First few sessions focus on helping you learn your body and assessing/improving mobility and flexibility. We will work on foundational movements that will set you for more complex and enjoyable workouts. The focus is always sustainability. We will discuss good habits in your life outside the gym and ways to seamlessly add them to your routine. Nutrition is a constant conversation that we will consistently work on improving and sustaining.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Beyond that, I have spent the past 16 years traveling to as many different gyms and experiencing as many different styles as I could. I’ve spent countless hours researching different techniques and perfecting them in the gym.
