Tiyanna's ability to train a service dog was excellent. Her dog KUF--worked with individuals who need to use wheelchair for mobility. KUF helped them while in and out of their chair making life easier. He was also a great companion to them while be their side. Mimi is our other dog who assists with service related therapy. As a smaller dog Tiyanna trained her to help stroke patients gain or increase the use of hands and arms affected by their stroke. Mini is a snuggle dog, fluffy and sweet with just the right temperament and training to help keep her friends in need get better. Tiyanna is an awesome trainer!!

Violet is my 4 year old/50 lb shepherd mix. She consistently proves herself to be an entergetic and intelligent dog. After we moved into an apartment about a year ago, she began showing signs of dog aggression exhibited through highly reactive behavior. Walking her became so stressful (and dangerous) that I would dread even a brief trip outside. She would jump, pull, and bark at any stimulus within view. If I was caught off guard by a lunge, I would usually end up injured or on the ground. When taking our daily walk, I would go out of my way to avoid running into other dogs/people/wildlife. After a few months, her behavior was only getting worse. Eventually, we could only take our walk if there was limited stimulus; this meant after dark. It was no way to live for my little companion. I knew we needed professional help. I searched for a trainer for weeks. None of the offers I recieved seemed to be anywhere close to what I could budget- especially if I wanted a few private lessons at home. I was terribly discouraged. I posted an ad on Thumbtack and was soon contacted by Tianna. Her offer seemed almost too good to be true! After speaking on the phone, I was filled with such hope that I practically cried tears of joy. When we met for our first lesson, I realized she was an answer to prayer. My first impression of Tianna? I felt as if I was in the company of a life long friend; she is comfortable, trustworthy, and genuine. Definitely a professional. By the end of Lesson One, I had established Alpha status and Violet heeled neatly to my side. You cannot imagine the relief I felt at the end of this first lesson. It was pure magic. Lesson One included an evaluation of Violet's behavior. Tianna gave me a "report card" based on Violet's reaction to various stimulus and provided a calender outlining our future sessions. The calender also included daily "homework assignments" and detailed behavioral instructions. If I had questions througout the week, Tianna made herself readily available via text or phone call. Tianna continued to provide the same impressive results for the duration of the course; she tailored the lessons to meet Violet's proficiency and unique style of learning. All of my expectations were met. Not only has Violet's behavior dramatically improved, but our relationship as dog and man is stronger than I ever; we have even begun to communicate through eye contact. Because of Tianna's confidence, experience, and superior training, Violet and I walk without anxiety in the light of day.
