- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyers agent in Michigan, I am generally paid via a cooperating agreement with the listing Broker. Buyers do not pay me directly. As a seller's agent (listing agent) I am paid 3% to list and a additional percentage (generally 3%) to the buyers agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to send approximately 1 hour which each new customer understanding their goals to determine if we are a good match to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a true believe in the value of "always be learning." The State of MI requires that Realtor take continuing education each and every year. Beyond that I take advantage of many different learning opportunites each quarter.
