Troy and his team did a fantastic job installing drywall and finishing walls in our two bathrooms. Troy was quick to respond, and professional. The team was on time and finished our walls in only a few hours. Highly recommend!

I didn't know how to ask about scheduling but they came out the same day to get the job done and it only took a little over 25min to take an annoying wall down. They cleaned up nicely and were very efficient. Thank you.

Troy and his team made a horrible job (removal of tile on motor bed) go away quickly. DAD brought in the right equipment to keep control the dust and cleaned up well before leaving. Thank you for a job well done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water & Fire Restoration is more of an insurance industry standard. We use the same program that adjuster use. This platform provides fair and competitive bidding on the same platform. Contractor and insurance adjuster always negotiate items pertaining to quotes. The end result is a happy cistomer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct an initial phone call or email correspondence. Confirm an appointment for a walk thru. Provide an estimate. Wait for approval. Start work as soon as allowed. Provide great customer service and quality work. Finish the project with a Thank you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continue my education every year in multiple facets of the business be it asbestos abatement supervisor/contractor, asbestos inspector to IICRC continuing education credits. I even elected going back and recieving my Associates Degree in Mechanical and pursuining my Bachelors in Construction Management.
