What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't require package purchases. I do have a few packages that can be purchased that will save you some money, if you are buying a large amount, but mostly I sell ala carte, so you can get what you need and not feel like you are getting more than you need. You can buy as much or as little product as you prefer or your budget will allow.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your initial session, I will contact you to view a slideshow of your images (usually about a week after your session). You can choose to purchase prints at that time or purchase a proofbook and make a later ordering appointment. Prints come back usually within 4 weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly continuing my education daily, by reading books on the subject and taking courses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My 15 year old daughter in 9th grade. I bought a digital camera which included slave flashes on Ebay, and started taking pictures of my beautiful daughter, and with her being my representative, I had many High School Seniors to photograph.
What types of customers have you worked with?
High School Senior Portraits, Families, Weddings, Anniversaries, Business Headshots, Passport Photos.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have done editing for kids who have facial deformities, or missing teeth and they and their parents were so happy with the results.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find out what to wear, and how much time will be spent taking the photos. Is the final product edited and does it have a protective spray finish?
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I work hard to be dependable and reliable and honest. If I make a mistake, I will admit it and try to make it right.
