- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're pretty competitive with our prices. If someone beats our price they are most likely using a single man operated brush system, which does not clean half as good as out system. Strongest on the market 29 hp Kohler engines! You definitely get what you pay for in this line of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hook up our vacuum tubing to the mainline near your furnace return suck the dust particles out while we go around to each return vent and blast air into them to push the dust and debris into the vacuum line. Then we do the same for the supply.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started with a large company learning how to do this. Then decided to do it on my own!
