- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently offering handyman services at an hourly rate. Offering a senior, veteran, and nurse discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For smaller jobs (ex: light fixture replacement) just a general job request works. For bigger jobs or projects, I like looking at the issue with the customer to discuss the solutions. For cosmetic home improvement, it is helpful to text me photos or send a Pinterest board with ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm originally a licensed master diesel mechanic and although fixing trucks doesn't sounds like it relates to home improvement, it taught me a little of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and most importantly critical thinking and problem solving.
