- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
** Most services are priced on a per job basis. ** If there is a list of services to be completed and/or unclear of what needs to be fixed the price is as follows: $150 for the 1st hour $50 per additional hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine what needs to be done as accurately as possible. I ask detailed questions & sometimes pictures are requested. Once I have what I need, an estimate on services to be performed will be provided. I provide my insurance and work contract, which needs to be signed by both parties. Payment is made once agreement above is signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even though I do not currently have my builders license, it is on my next to do list for this fall.
