- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your needs, then provide an estimate after an on-site visit. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep you informed throughout the project until completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a combination of hands-on experience and industry training that directly relates to my work. Over the years, I’ve completed various certifications in residential remodeling, electrical safety, and tile and flooring installation. More importantly, I've gained extensive on-the-job training through managing and completing a wide range of remodeling projects — from kitchen and bathroom renovations to custom staircases and painting. My work is guided by building codes, safety standards, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
