- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing might not be for everyone. What our pricing is; is all inclusive. We do not have hidden charges. With 23 years in the industry we know what to expect on a project and how to handle it. I always like to say… if they are low priced and can start right away... there is a reason for that!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process is pretty simple. We can either meet in person for a more formal quote process or we offer virtual options via facetime or even though a series of pictures or videos of the spaces to be painted. From there we typically supply a client with a "all in" proposal within 24 hours of meeting. After the proposal is signed and any scheduling deposit collected the clients project is placed on our schedule. We will remind the client 7 days before starting the project that we need the color selections for the spaces / areas to be painted. We meet with the client and our crew on site and the transformation begins!! We communicate progress updates daily to the client and we make them aware of the percentage stage of completion ( I.E. we are 60% completed) this way the client has a gauge on progress and when to expect the final walk through. We will walk the project with the client at completion, at this time we take notes of any possible touchups (typically we do not have any as our crews are literally the best!!) We collect final payment and the process is done!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Grandfather was a phenomenal painter!! He worked on some of the most renowned and luxurious costal homes from Maine down to the Florida keys. I would travel and work with him in the summers in my younger days and I fell in love with the craft. To see something become so vibrant and clean; from dull and worn was amazing. to see the clients faces just light up with joy from the craftmanship just sold me on "this is what working should be about!!" Do what you love and it will feel like you never work a day in your life and that's why i do what i love!!
