- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to know what the parent and athlete are hoping to accomplish. I will make my recommendations for reaching those goals, but always want to ensure the customer that I work for them and will do my best to meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors and two Masters degrees in education. NSCAA Licensed coach. 21 seasons as a varsity high school coach. Several years working with younger athletes on JV and middle school programs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began working with younger athletes as early as when I was in high school. I became an assistant coach immediately after college and have coached at least one varsity team every year since. There is great joy in this work.
