You are going to Love this guy! I called John at about 3:15 today, when Thumbtack sent me 3 quotes. He got here less than 2hrs later. He looked at our trimming job & told us the same price as his online estimate. We have a really big maple 9' behind our house that had branches brushing our our new-ish roof(bad) & dead limbs("widow makers") stuck up in the tree. He did a Fabulous & Professional job, for a Very reasonable price! On top of that, he is one of the friendliest, nicest, & most personable guys you are ever likely to meet!! We chatted probably as long as it took him to do our job. He won't just rush off, he wants to make sure you're happy. My husband & I are Extremely pleased with the job he did for us, & won't hesitate to call him again. Thank you John!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I rent my 10yd dump/dumpster trailer for $300a load if you fill it. $50 per hour labor if we load it, + $300 dump/dumpster fee. Concrete will cost more due to disposal fees. Mattress add $20 per mattress.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them and look at the job to give the best price. The phone works too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took construction trades in high school. Joined the US Navy as a Seabee heavy equipment operator. I work full time in the roads and grounds dept. at the GM Proving Grounds.
