My technician went above and beyond! Cameron was professional, punctual ( actually early ) and thorough. He truly cares about his customers. I canceled my previous pest companies service as soon as he was finished. Finding service at this level should cost more ( there was huge discount coupon ). Now that I think about it I should have tipped. He will be back, Ill double up next time I see him. My customer service agent that scheduled my appointment was also great. He didnt try and force me to spend more money. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. I called Monday and they scheduled me for Tuesday. The pests dont stand a chance against these guys!! .

Always great, personable service by the technician (Cameron Bennett).Considered removing a star because Greenix itself did not notify me of the visit ahead of time, making it necessary to reschedule the indoor treatment, which I am not going to skip because it's paid for. The representative that I spoke to on the phone about it was pleasant and helpful, so I'm keeping the star in.

Pricing varies by home size, pest pressures and infestation level. All prices are built around a monthly service plan that protects you and your home all four seasons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial service and 20-point inspection start the pest control process. There is typically an initial charge to clean up the issues, dust eves and get the property in a good place to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are professionally trained, licensed, background checked and insured.
