If you can't make it,we will set up a video call and you will be able to walk through the Home as if you where there. Appointment will be required in advance for remote inspection. Little about myself. I retired from being a Firefighter /EMS in 2022 with over 21 years of service to the citizens of the City of Wixom Michigan. I was awarded Commentations for saving the Life of a Welder with my team. I also had the privilege of help bringing two babies into the world.I truly know how to take care of people. I contacted a few home inspectors, but Brad was the first to respond, and he was totally gracious and accommodating. I scheduled an inspection with him, but it became clear from our discussion that the kinds of inspections I needed had to be done through the city or county. Even though I canceled the same day, he didn’t require any payment and was completely understanding. If I do decide to get a regular home inspection in the future, I will be sure to use On the Level.

Brad Cassel was exceptional with my home inspection. He was highly personable and bluntly honest about issues that needed attention. During the inspection, he went over what DIY repairs could be done or who we needed to contact when a professional was needed if he himself couldn’t perform the task. The following day I received incredibly organized and detailed notes on the inspection that were very easy to follow.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the Best Competitive Pricing in the area. Plus I offer discounts to All Military, Police,Fire,EMS and Hospital staff.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will discuss what there needs are and the time to complete. Then Pricing of the Inspection is agreed, I will send them a Pre-Agreement for them to read and sign,and return. I will meet them at the time of the appointment. Payment is made and I move forward with the Inspection. When finished I will complete the report in 24hrs or less and Email them a PDF with there Complete Report and always I am Available for Questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified InterNACHI Home Inspector, I am working towards My Builder's License for the State of Michigan.
