He was very helpful and quick with the inspection he let me know things I didn't even know was a problem that other inspectors didn't say was a problem. He even gave me personal advice on how to make a better decision on what to buy and what to fix first and was just overall friendly.

I contacted a few home inspectors, but Brad was the first to respond, and he was totally gracious and accommodating. I scheduled an inspection with him, but it became clear from our discussion that the kinds of inspections I needed had to be done through the city or county. Even though I canceled the same day, he didn’t require any payment and was completely understanding. If I do decide to get a regular homeinspection in the future, I will be sure to use On the Level.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the Best Competitive Pricing in the area. Plus I offer discounts to All Military, Police,Fire,EMS and Hospital staff.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will discuss what there needs are and the time to complete. Then Pricing of the Inspection is agreed, I will send them a Pre-Agreement for them to read and sign,and return. I will meet them at the time of the appointment. Payment is made and I move forward with the Inspection. When finished I will complete the report in 24hrs or less and Email them a PDF with there Complete Report and always I am Available for Questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified InterNACHI Home Inspector, I am working towards My Builder's License for the State of Michigan.
