HOA wasn’t being helpful so William was able to help me with this project. He was quick, came out the same day I contacted him. Super helpful and made sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely have him back out for other jobs!

Agreed to do work and I had to remind him 3 days before. Decided he wanted to pass but couldn't bothered to tell me that 2 weeks ago. I don't appreciate my time wasted. Don't agree to do a job you don't want!!!

"I would like to pass on the job, but I told you I would, therefore, if you still need me, I will fulfill my obligation. Thank you for keeping me posted."
The customer decided not to hire me, not the other way around. Was it what she wanted to hear? Obviously not, but I was honest and willing to fulfill my original commitment.
