Justin, thank you for writing all of this out. A floor drain backing up in the basement is the kind of thing that makes you hold your breath until someone actually looks, so I'm glad Briant could get there quickly, find the roots in the main line, and walk you through the options honestly, including the nudge to check your insurance. Jake adding that clean out while he had the front yard open is exactly the standard we want held even when nobody asks for it.
