This repair took about 20 - 30 minutes and the charge was $275 including a part for less than $10. I have no issues with the work, but thought the service was over-priced.

Awesome service providers, I would definitely work with them again! We wanted our washer/dryer moved from the first floor to the basement. The guys came and got the plumbing all set for this and it all looks awesome. They set up the washer, dryer, and a utility sink for us. We also had them install a new tankless water heater and they did an awesome job on that. Overall we are really happy with the install. The guys were nice, competent, respectful, and made sure I understood everything they were doing. Great communication, on time, and a good price. We will be using NSP for all of our future plumbing needs!

They did a great job fixing our leaky shower. The guys were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered all of our questions. I liked how they showed us pictures of the work too. A great touch.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote by the job, not by the hour, so you know the price before we start. Our tech diagnoses the issue on site, walks you through the options, and you decide. Financing is available on larger repairs and replacements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call our office; we get the details and schedule a window that works for you. The tech calls when he is on the way, inspects the system, explains what he found in plain language, and gives you options in writing. Nothing gets done until you approve it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are licensed in Michigan and work under a master plumber. Apprentices train in-house alongside journeymen, and the team stays current on Michigan plumbing code, water treatment, and backflow testing.
