Tom gave a very reasonable bid on painting the main floor of a condo for sale. He offered suggestions regarding paint color. His work ethic is exceptional. His painting was meticulous. He completed his work in a timely manner. I was so impressed with the quality of Tom’s work that I hired him to paint the entire condo. Tom is trustworthy and an exceptional person of quality!
