Rudy came out to my home and assessed what needed to be done per my request. I had some doors that needed resizing because I had new floors put in from another company. Rudy resized the doors perfectly and very quickly. I appreciate his work ethic and knowledge of the trade. Thanks!!!

Overall, communication and work performed was fine. However, a gaping hole is under the door. I've communicated to fill it for a month and the team has yet to come out so now I will have to hire a separate contractor to fill the void. Edited- Rudy held true to his word and came out to rectify the situation. He cared to correct it and that’s enough for me.
