Hi! Thank you for taking the time to see who I am. My name is Hannah and I am a cat and dog groomer at a shop in Ann Arbor where I work as an independent contractor. I work very hard for my furry clients and decided working as an independent contractor was the best option to increase flexibility to provide personalized care and improve the pet care industry! Every pet has a special personality and needs to be treated not as an object, but with consideration and if need be a firm, but gentle hand- after all, our pets are still animals. The fur babies- I talk to them and they look at me like I'm crazy, but then they give me wet kisses to let me know I'm not that much of an oddity. Bless their hearts.

I'm a veterinary student and always concerned about my cats' care--needless to say, I don't leave their care to just anyone. But I trust Hannah and the care she gives our two cats while we're out of town. She's very patient and caring, and she is able to deal with medicating one of my male cats--who is NOT always easy to deal with. I feel very lucky that we were able to find her.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I didn't like what I was seeing in some of the places I worked. There was a lack of connection and care for the animals. I decided that being angry wouldn't change anything. Thus, I decided to change the things I didn't like by starting up my own animal business.

I offer drop-in pet sitting, over-night pet sitting and fun doggie walks and doggie adventures!
