I want to thank Mr. Colville for all his fine work! Not only was he able to fix our plumbing problem but he did it at a fair price! I now feel we have gained a friend in Joe and a plumbing specialist for life! Joe is great. He came out on a Saturday night to work on a clogged kitchen drain, which a different plumber had worked on and gave up. Joe worked for about an hour and got it open. I was impressed with his professionalism. He came on time, dressed clean, was polite and very knowledgable. In addition, he cleaned up his work area when he was done. Most repairmen leave a mess, but not Joe. I highly recommend Joe and will definitely use him again.

I was asked to consider writing a review - good, bad or indifferent. I realize word of mouth is important for the smaller biz owner so I agreed, however Perfect Plumbing had no idea what I would say. So here goes: If you are looking for a plumbing contractor to pull up in a flashy truck with huge logos all over it, PP is not your company. However, if you require someone who is passionate about their work and cares deeply about the overall quality - PP is an excellent choice. Joe Colville is Perfect Plumbing and he lives and breathes his trade. He's extremely knowledgeable and combined with his passion for the trade - this truly makes him a stand out. Joe came on a Sunday to evaluate our situation. Subsequently, he and his crew spent three days in our home redoing the failing cast iron sewer line with PVC. In addition, there had been considerable patchy repair work done over the years which required some redesigning. So, this wasn't a paint-by-the-numbers job and since 95% of their work would eventually be buried in the walls or ceilings, there was great concern this job be done correctly. I took a deep interest; watched and questioned almost everything. Joe's overall experience and attention to detail really came into play. In the end, I could not have been more pleased, and they exceeded my expectations. Joe is very generous with his time and answered all my questions even on aspects of plumbing not related to his job. He also had one of his crew return on the fourth day to just be sure the place was properly cleaned up. That tells me about his thoroughness, which I also appreciated. So, I give Joe Colville and Perfect Plumbing a solid thumbs up. I won't hesitate to use him in the future for any plumbing issues. I can confidently cross, "Need plumber" off my list!

Joe was hired to convert an electric tank hot water heater to a gas tankless unit. In record-breaking time he was able to achieve getting a hard to find unit and he had to immediately shipped in by his wholesaler. He worked on Sunday which is unusual in his industry to make the job happen in a very fast pace. I would recommend Joe to anyone that needs plumbing regardless of how small or large the job may be without reservation. He is also not afraid of a challenge or something that may cause other plumbers to have second thoughts.
