My moving experience was almost entirely stress-free because of Dilon and Julian. Dilon was so easy to communicate with prior to my move, and answered even my silliest of questions with care and kindness.
They kept me in the loop they were running a bit behind day of, and once they arrived - almost my entire 1 bedroom apartment was out and being packed in the truck within 15 minutes. It was really impressive how efficient they were and I could tell they were handling all my items with care.
They got my heavy Crate & Barrel sofa out and down 3 flights of stairs without a single scuff to the walls (something that my friends that had helped me move into my old place did not manage lol) and then in a teensy tiny elevator at my new place no problem.
They were really fun to hang out with through the process and made me laugh through a situation that normally I would be insanely anxious throughout. Their attention to detail and efficiency made me feel like they had everything under control so I could focus on the smaller tasks I needed to do, like setting up my internet (that work from home life lol).
The pricing quoted was true on the day of, and entirely worth it honestly.
I hope not to move again for several years lol but when I do, I already know who I am calling, no questions asked. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.
