Introduction: The Environment group provides Cleaning Services and 'Handyman' services as well. Construction Clean-up and Move in / Move out cleaning services are also provided. For cleaning, we have quality staff who take pride in caring for your home as if it were their own. Whether you want to provide specific direction yourself, or if you want us to jump in on our own, we know what needs to be done and can do it. We provide flexible scheduling and can be ready to serve you most anytime. You can feel free to tell us whether you want us to use your products or our own....your in charge. Handyman services is geared for projects lasting from 1/2 day up to 1 week. Decks, doors, general fixer-upper type things. Just ask and we will let you know if it fits what we can do. We can outsource larger projects to an affiliate. Making you feel proud of your home and the way it presents to your friends and neighbors is always a good thing. Even better, having a clean, & tidy place to come home to after a hard days work is even better. We make it easy for you to relax in your own home. Knowing it is clean and well maintained is awesome and we enjoy letting helping you keep that feeling.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally, we will bid your project by the at an hourly rate for cleaning. We like to come by and give you an initial estimate of the hours expected. Handyman services may be either hourly or by the job, depending on the scope of the work. Again, we will need to get an estimate by laying eyes on the project and giving you a bid right away. Materials for a project may be purchased by us as part of the bid price, or by you. All bid handyman projects will require 1/2 down.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet you to get an initial assessment of the scope of the work and an put an estimate together together for you right away.
