- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
15% off all photo and video services starting 02/01/2026 through 04/01/2026 Wedding are 25% down and balance is due 2 weeks from wedding date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I would zoom or call client to get a feel of what the project is about.I usually look for any special requests. . It's an easier flow during photos/video if you communicate well with clients. I encourage my clients to get involved in there projects. Nothing wrong with having their personal touch.
