Brett from Shine was easy to work with and he led the Holiday Lighting effort for our two subdivision entrances. I was comfortable with what he said and felt he would standby his promises. All tasks were done on time, the products used are great and the design is excellent.
The lightinginstallation is complete. The only reason I stated this activity as being "In Progress" is pending a timely take down by February.

Shine came in and cleaned the walls on the inside of our manufacturing plant. They did an excellent job and were very good at communicating with myself and the team. I would highly recommend them!!!

We have blinds between the main window and an extra glass pane. The pane had to be removed and washed on both sides, the blinds had to be dusted and the main window had to be cleaned. We only do this every 3-4 years. The Shine crew did a great job and were very careful of all furniture.

Awesome! The shine team arrived on time, and got right to work. They were polite, and removed their shoes inside the home. They did a wonderful job on our windows, screens, and tracks- without missing a thing! I will definitely use Shine again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price every house with the same formula, however, since there are so many differen't styles of homes, they all have different prices. Usually, if we have an address we can look the house up online and give a rough number. Or, we can do a quick walk around the house and in 5 minutes have an exact price for you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather information to meet the customer needs. We then provide a quote to perform the work to meet those needs. Then we perform the work at the customers home or business and make sure they are 100 percent satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Shine employees have ongoing training as do the managers. It is very important that we are up to date with our training to uphold our services and client expectations
