What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing covers from the very bottom end of the spectrum all the way to the nicest marble product in the groutless life time warrantied market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with a brief conversation from our Company Admin, next a design consultant will come out to the house, access the needs and provide a thorough breakdown of how we operate and excel above all. Design the beautiful bathroom from start to finish whether it’s acrylic or cultured marble we cover all price points. After a project is scheduled, materials are ordered. When we show up to do the job our arrival time generally is 7-8 AM. Demo is normally completed by 9:30-10. Then our plumber comes in and completes the replacement of all new water lines, drains and shower valves. A rough in inspection is completed and we are set to start finishing the space. Backer board then a groutless system is installed. Lastly plumbing fixtures are put into place. A final walk through of the project and the customer is welcomed with a brand new spa!

We all are Lead Safe certified, have a journeyman and master plumber.
