- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take accurate pricing estimation very seriously. There is a trend of contractors pricing low and adding costs later. This is completely unfair to the client, and we try our best to give a precise price on the front end to protect ourselves as well as our customers financially.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically meet at the job site to discuss the scope of work for the job as well as a completion timeline. We will then get a quote together as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our employees and subcontractors have all necessary education and certification, and we are a licensed and insured general contracting company.
